Pros
Fully remote, supportive developer community, some interesting clients, opportunity to travel and spend time with other x-teamers ..
Cons
Org is a mess starting from the very top with leadership. CEO showboats and doesn't seem to do anything you'd expect a CEO to do (ie make important biz critical decisions). Middle management is weak and unmotivated, teams have no idea how to work together,, culture used to be really good and it's shifted quite noticeably with this year being the worst it's ever felt. Devs are unhappy and only seem to stay because the job market is bad.
