- CEO is extremely unprofessional, biased and has a horrible temperament - The company relies primarily on interns to sustain the company revenues, interns are not paid enough for the work they do and boss completely disregards intern's other commitments. - CEO has a tendency to push blame to his subordinates and interns for not hitting his personal kpi's and closing his leads. - There is no environment to encourage learning, whatever mistakes made will be heavily emphasized and shown to everyone, there is also little guidance and help.
