Pros
Some good people trying their best. Occasional interesting project. Okay office and tools
Cons
You’re treated like a number. Workloads are unrealistic, recognition is rare, and expect contributions to go unnoticed. High stress, low reward with frustration, burnout, being stretched thin without clear direction or appreciation. Engineering is directionless. Chasing every shiny idea without long-term plan results with very unstable solutions that nned constant rework. Culture does not exist. Management shows no interest in employees unless you’re part of the inner clique, if you’re not your're ignored. Acts like a start-up — without the upside. Decision-making is chaotic, priorities shift and leadership behaves like the company is in its first year. US parent company adds confusion, creates more disorganization with mixed signals, lack communication than support. Toxic, colleagues act with unchecked ego nothing done to address it. Every department feels like a revolving door, and talent walks out the door every week.
