Pros
Although a very ego filled and immature company a few of the members of staff were friendly and helpful, but certainly not the majority. Able to earn good money, short term.
Cons
Disgraceful training- they say it's good but there is no format, poor content and led by people who have little experience. Long hours are never a problem if they have purpose, at X4 you are put in a position to work long hours to fulfil irrelevant KPI’s. Arriving from 7.30 in the morning to stay till 10 at night to work on KPI's that actually have no relevance to building a business. In my current position I work half the hours and achieve double as much due to an innovative, autonomous, business minded work environment It is more or less a call centre- shouted at if you’re not on the phone, this is short sighted. High quantity and low quality is not a good approach in my view- surely 30 badly researched calls is more shooting in the dark than 5 well researched calls that add value and end in actual results. Given no autonomy- treated like a child, have ask to use the toilet, frowned on if you go to get a coffee. They fill the office with fluffy things that can appear attractive and like a caring company, fruit bowels, bar in the office.. most companies offer these things but again here they are a facade of care, this is completely fake. The majority of the staff there plan to leave within two years, make a quick buck and get out. This is not a company to join if you are looking to build a career. Childish environment, inappropriate sexual comments, senior staff are immature and unable to give guidance, I witnessed a huge amount of bullying in this environment. Working on an out of date business model, may have worked in the 90's but completely out of date in today's society and business world.
