Pros
This is a really special company, both in terms of its technology and its people. The product is innovative, expansive and industry leading. It leverages niche technologies and deep technical expertise to solve actual real-world problems that their customers face. Because it is a security product, it strives to achieve excellence in following security standards, protocols and best practices. Engineers get the opportunity to work on really cool problems, and make significant impact. Engineers have a lot of autonomy and freedom to lead efforts, and everyone is super supportive of initiatives that move the product/company forward. Speaking of culture, I have worked at many companies, and am in a position to compare and contrast company cultures. Hands down, Xage has one of the best company cultures, and the company's leadership team plays a huge role in that. The leadership is authentic, and really cares about the people (increasingly rare these days). It is a high trust environment in general, and everyone supports each other.
Cons
The product ecosystem is quite complex, and it might take time to fully understand how they all fit together.
