management is pretty good. very top down, but not your typical Asian company. it's run tight, but you can bring your own ideas to the table.

there isn't much room to grow into higher positions.

Laid back, casual environment, small company, no micro managing upper management, family oriented, wears multiple hats so never a boring day. Constant change, so you are always challenged to think outside the box. Very low turn over rate.

No rules and policy too follow, sometimes people are too casual so no professionalism around, no rewards and recognition, no staff appreciation. Since it's a small company, there is not much room to grow. Fair pay but no raise.
