Coworkers are great and lunch is provided on Mondays

The entire HR department left in the span of a few months which left the company without HR support. They hired some permanent and some contract roles but lacks overall structure and cannot retain employees due to management. Everything is unorganized and no one knows what they're doing because the tenure of everyone in the department is less than a year. I don't see this department being structured in the near or long term future due to a top down approach and core issues not being addressed. Senior management has no idea how bad it is because they are so out of the loop. It's much easier to leave than to be burnt out trying to fix the endless issues.
