      Pros

      If you are a young PE or craftsperson this can still be a great place to work, but know upper management is dysfunctional.

      Cons

      The newer management team have totally changed the culture and are driving people away or laying off the rest. Their actions are CONSISTENTLY in conflict with their words and messaging. It was the company to watch, no longer.
