Small, friendly, team environment that works together.

There are very little cons. It is small but I like that.

The ability to make money as a rep is there if management decides they want you to. Otherwise you are struggling with zero assistance while accounts are given to the top two producers in the company.

Benefits are terrible, one week of vacation, unprofessional work environment, micromanaging and reps are pitted against eachother
