      Pros

      Some of the most talented/skilled people in the industry, great culture and innovative technology.

      Cons

      Small organization means everyone wears a lot of hats. German owned company, HQ in Israel lead to feeling like the Americas was on a disconnected Island. Development slowed down and was distracted by acquisitions that pushed critical features way to far out down the roadmap.
