      Great team work, good salary for freshers and good training. I recommend freshers to join for BPO voice or non voice process

      Cons

      we will get one way cab only, its either drop or pick, theres no good canteen inside the office with enough menu

      Pros

      it was good when it was functioning but now its black-listed in many company.. and their ex employee is suffering.

      Cons

      Recently I got call from Wipro and HR told that she can not move further because in Wipro's system, XM Software / Unimoni is black listed. No question is what is their ex-employees fault here ?
