Overworked, Underpaid and treated like Dirt - Executive XMA Employee Review

This company is constantly struggling to find their identity. They have some values they paste on their walls but they do not understand or live by them, they are there for show. Management get to their positions by either their looks or how much attention they pay to their seniors. Their experience is questionable meaning they do not understand how to look after their employees or manage a team. Simple things like milk are not even free, for a company that makes so much money there are zero benefits to working there. There is a cold atmosphere in the office and for a sales team they are deadly silent. Most of the management are not even in half the week and you will never find them there on a Friday. In the interviews they will do anything to get you in, saying things like flexi time, benefits, team nights out and these never happen. They are so obsessed with their competitors that they do not even try to better themselves to be at that level, they just want to mimic. Employees are expected to work overtime with no compensation or even a thanks! We were the last company to shut their doors during lockdown , this showed how little they cared for their employees health. We were told throughout lock down how well we are doing as a business and now many of its staff have now been let go with the rest of us just being expected to pick up the work with again, no thanks or compensation! It’s a very stressful time and they made it worse for everyone. Honestly, if you are considering a new role, please think twice before applying here and read these reviews carefully.
