company is very family oriented

at times can be favoritism to move up

Quarter bonuses, team outings, 4 days on and 3 days off schedule is good.

Poor leadership management skills. Very big on reprimanding as opposed to teaching. Communication amongst internal teams is terrible along with constant changes that not only hurt internal employees but clients as well. Work/life balance isn’t good either. Though you are off 3 days you will be contacted on your days off for things regarding work.
