My feedback for Xoyal IT Services as Frontend Developer for 1.6years - Frontend Developer XOYAL Employee Review

Only lunch and near to station u may get incentive again depending on the mood of the CEO

The company has only cons You have to work for 10 hours and yes after that face to face reporting with TL or CEO You have to be always online and also if needed you have to work and fix the issue late night too The TLs are really mad they are technically 0 (think about it u have to work daily with them) The CEO of the company is also mad very rude & also doesn't know how to respect people There is no job security u can be terminated any time Every new day they come up with new ways to torture u The CEO of the company has a mentality he owns the world if in case u get an opportunity to talk with him he would simply boast himself up and demoralize​ u (it happens daily) Alternate saturdays are also working but however u still have to be online every time in case u miss u may b terminated They play pure politics u will not have a regular job everyday The company is not registered as Pvt Ltd or LLP it will be difficult for u to get any sort of loan They also have night shift from 8pm to 5am which can be extended till 11am If there any problem in the production they will blame u and put a demoralizing email In simple words this place is no less than a hell Advice : I suggest u to be jobless but don't join here

I have been working more then year, below are the points I personally has experienced.. nothing is fake.. 1. Product based company with stable value in market 2. Company is Growing day by day. 3. Company works with off-shore team which holds high level of skills and experiences in different fields. 4. As a Learner always get chances to explore our self in different technologies.. Everyday there is new to learn. 5. Company pays one who works more then expectations.. If individual gives his best and work for themselves, work always pays better here.. 6. If required situation WFH is allowed..Leaves are also approved easily. 7. Lunch is provided by company.. 8. Co-workers and off shore team are always ready for their helping hand. All work on same level, therefore no Ego or complexity issues faced here.. 9. No politics 10. All are welcome who want to achieve some goal in software by exploring themselves and who are always keen to learn... 11. Company easily accepts and co-operate for any new technologies one wants to make use off and is beneficial for product.. I an enjoying work in Xoyal, no fake promises are made and if any made are fulfilled before time...

i would not Say below point is Cons really..But one may feel so 1. Company don't entertain one who do not enjoy their work after particular time. In my perspective it saves time/carrier of employee as well as company..
