Pros
Xotech has one of the best benefits for dental, health, vision, 401K, and much more. The HR staff make you as an employee, feel more like a family member than an employer.
Cons
The only downside of working with a government contractor is the anticipating of waiting for the renewal of a new contract to be re-instated. They won the bid again....but it came with a little sadness.
