Pros

Some coworkers were helpful, knowledgeable, and willing to support each other when possible. There were also opportunities to learn and gain experience in a fast-paced environment.

Cons

The overall work environment was difficult due to poor work-life balance, unrealistic expectations, and inconsistent leadership. Workloads often felt heavier than what was reasonable, and there did not seem to be enough support or planning from management to make the environment sustainable. Communication from leadership could be unclear, and employees were often expected to keep pushing through rather than having workload or process issues addressed. Pay and benefits were not competitive compared to the amount of responsibility and stress involved. High turnover also created instability, which made the workload and morale worse over time. Instead of feeling like a place where employees could grow long term, it often felt like people were burned out or looking for a way out. Overall, I would not recommend this employer to someone looking for a healthy, stable, and well-managed workplace.

Pros

There’s not much to say. I’d say a pro was that I was paid every two weeks.

Cons

The entire place is a hot mess starting with the two brothers. From what I’ve heard the business was much better when the father was running it. Since his departure from the company the brother have seemed to have stripped the business of everything the father built.
