Pros

Listen, you can work here, but make sure you keep looking for something better if you in the packing position. Too much on your back. Upper back. It's a check!!! A slavery check!! U earn every damn penny!

Cons

Bad attitudes of those who already work there. They look at you upside your head crazy if you look like something (easy on the eyes). They slick talk bad abt you under their breath 24/7 but if you talk back they note you as crazy all because you speak up and refuse to be disrespected. It's all good until you let em know what's up. Typical black women cant get along. I could go on and on .. and did I tell ya how ratchet the tiny tiny cafeteria is?. Lawd!! A hot mess! Listen.. pray bout it, move forward, and work there until you find ANOTHER JOB. These chicks appear to have it together but ARE PURE NOSEY to no end and ratchet, especially the chick with the jewelry in her face and the big Green Giant that often screams and talks to herself abt how excruciating her back hurts. Smh.. well u get the picture. Oh and that nasty ractchet parking lot is for the birds. Hell I DNT miss that place or the workers. Worst 4 weeks everrrrrr.

Pros

I have enjoyed my time with XPO and appreciate the opportunities the company has provided for both personal and professional growth. The team environment is supportive, and I've had the chance to build strong relationships with coworkers and customers over the years. One of the things I value most is that hard work and dedication are recognized. Every day brings new challenges, which keeps the job interesting and allows me to continue learning. Leadership encourages employees to find solutions and work together to provide excellent customer service. Like any large company, there are busy periods and opportunities for improvement, but overall, XPO offers a solid career path, competitive benefits, and the chance to make a real impact. If you're someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment and is willing to put in the effort, XPO can be a rewarding place to build a career.

Cons

The transportation industry is constantly changing, so employees need to be adaptable and able to handle shifting priorities. Workloads can be demanding at times, but the teamwork and customer relationships make it rewarding
