Pros
Having more benefits taken away every year. Delivering the best financial results in the industry and still not qualifying for a bonus due to missing a metric that cannot be controlled locally by 0.04%.
Cons
Directors that micromanage and interfere with the operation. Corporate has taken so much from the hourly employees we cannot hire them (word is in the street and they don't want to work here). Corp. doesn't care must deliver financial results. We have to force the hourly employees to work 60-70 hrs a week to get the job done. Like the old saying "the beatings will continue until morale improves"
