Pros
Can't think of one. If XPO buys the company you work for RUN!!!!! Make sure you beat your coworkers to the job market as many will be leaving soon!
Cons
Insurance average at best. 401k match is a joke. A bonus structure that is impossible to hit (need to increase EBITDA by 42% to hit bonus/We actually improved 21% which is really good but still no bonus). Did I mention number 1 most profitable terminal!! Poor customer service. Operational changes that give a bad customer experience. Hires outside candidates and doesn't promote from within.
