Pros

Friendly Co-workers, get to listen to music at your desk and sometimes pot lucks

Cons

I do not recommend this place to anyone who plans on applying here. Back in late 2016 I believe, XPO recently added a system called OMS which pretty much screwed up the way they collect money from their customers. I made it really difficult to send correct statements to customers because sometimes payments wouldn't be applied or some other issued occurred. So many big customers left this company because we couldn't provide them correct information or we would have a hard time trying to find their checks they sent through the mail. Management however is the worst, so many supervisors and managers left this place because of the pressure they receive from upper management to meet company goals. Usually management will put their stress on the employees and warn them they will lose their jobs if they can't get their accounts down. During my time there, I probably seen 10-15 employees either quit or were fired because the the stress was just too much. If you do plan on applying here, you're definitely walking into a burning building waiting to be extinguish.

Pros

I have enjoyed my time with XPO and appreciate the opportunities the company has provided for both personal and professional growth. The team environment is supportive, and I've had the chance to build strong relationships with coworkers and customers over the years. One of the things I value most is that hard work and dedication are recognized. Every day brings new challenges, which keeps the job interesting and allows me to continue learning. Leadership encourages employees to find solutions and work together to provide excellent customer service. Like any large company, there are busy periods and opportunities for improvement, but overall, XPO offers a solid career path, competitive benefits, and the chance to make a real impact. If you're someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment and is willing to put in the effort, XPO can be a rewarding place to build a career.

Cons

The transportation industry is constantly changing, so employees need to be adaptable and able to handle shifting priorities. Workloads can be demanding at times, but the teamwork and customer relationships make it rewarding
