Pros

The only two pros that I can think of is the fact that they serve popcorn on the last Friday of each month and we only have to work 8 hours daily with the weekends off.

Cons

This place gives people low energy not to mention it is very draining and is an extremely stressful environment. What little trainings that are provided are downright horrible and all over the place. The HR department lacks diversity and needs to be revamped. The Onboarding process is an absolute nightmare and you only have 30 minute lunch breaks, which is beyond stressful if you have to go and get food. There are no walls up around the cubes so germs are everywhere (we all stay sick) not to mention you are looking at all of your coworkers on the side where you sit. The "No Grace Period" policy should be revamped for being late considering how horrible traffic is coming this way on 820 where it goes from four lanes to two (there is a minimum of one accident every single morning making a lot of people late and most of the time it is not mitigated because they make up reasons why it cannot be mititgated). Considering that this is 2018, this technology is horrendous. To sum everything up: There is nothing exciting about this job, yet they claim to mimic Google. Google pays money: Google has amazing benefits and perks: Google has activities for employees to help alleviate stress while on the clock: Google's employees can chat with one another while working: Google is a fun work environment that does not focus on time and productivity all day, everyday. Google shows their employees that they care...XPO should as well.

Pros

I have enjoyed my time with XPO and appreciate the opportunities the company has provided for both personal and professional growth. The team environment is supportive, and I've had the chance to build strong relationships with coworkers and customers over the years. One of the things I value most is that hard work and dedication are recognized. Every day brings new challenges, which keeps the job interesting and allows me to continue learning. Leadership encourages employees to find solutions and work together to provide excellent customer service. Like any large company, there are busy periods and opportunities for improvement, but overall, XPO offers a solid career path, competitive benefits, and the chance to make a real impact. If you're someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment and is willing to put in the effort, XPO can be a rewarding place to build a career.

Cons

The transportation industry is constantly changing, so employees need to be adaptable and able to handle shifting priorities. Workloads can be demanding at times, but the teamwork and customer relationships make it rewarding
