-Upper management always talked down.
-Management has brought in numerous people from outside the company to run the Atlanta terminal, but none of them knows how to manage any part of the operation and they have to depend on their subordinates to do their jobs for them (should have just hired from within the company).
-Several supervisors have been promoted beyond their abilities and should have remained hourly employees.
-Almost all of the senior supervisors have recently left XPO because of low pay, lack of advancement opportunities, lack of respect from senior management, working 12+ hours consistently five days a week, new OMs and terminal managers being hired from outside the company instead of promoted from within, and no bonuses despite the company’s profitability.
-safety record is dismal. A tenured supervisor recently died on company property from a work related incident.
