Pros
The benefits are really good. I was diagnosed with cancer. My portion was minimal compared to what another company would have paid. I've heard horror stories.
Cons
XPO has a huge issue with hiring from within. There are so many current employees wanting jobs that are available to be told we hired outside. There is no cross training for future position. No programs in place to train for future positions. There needs to be better communication within the individual service centers. You find out important information from other co-workers that should have come from a Manager or Supervisor.
