      Pros

      Working for this 3pl will open your eyes to the meaning "go along to get along " you will leave with a better understanding.

      Cons

      No consistent management, Safety is out the window when it comes to #s. HR refuses to address corporate bullies. Temps are promised FT and when questioning why they dont recieve assignment ends. Process flaws are looked past and wrote off as 1 off.

      Pros

      One of the better LTL companies I’ve been to. Will work with you for the most part

      Cons

      The vacation set up is dumb. No sick days you get 3 weeks PTO for sick and personal days and it’s almost impossible to take a day off you didn’t put in in November of the previous year then force you to use pto when you call in. Some management is ok but most is not the greatest
