Cons

Lack of communication Incompetent sales managers. Managers need more than a positive attitude. They need skill and the ability to develop their sales team. The whole team, not just the people that they’ve been friends with for years. Lack of sales support Pricing is controlling the sale and lengthening the sales process with lack of sense of urgency. They devalue the account executive.

Cons

The transportation industry is constantly changing, so employees need to be adaptable and able to handle shifting priorities. Workloads can be demanding at times, but the teamwork and customer relationships make it rewarding
