Pros
The environment is very fast paste so you learn how to multitask very quickly. Meetings and presentations are the norm and all the executive officials were approachable and always willing to give great advice, they even included interns in most all important meetings with different clients. The CEO Lewis was engaged in our intern project at the company and gave great advice on proper business etiquette. Great place to advance your skills on a corporate level because all departments are consistently learning other areas of the supply chain business. So if your an IT major, at some point you might learn a lot about finance, operations, sales, and any other area that make up the supply chain business. I must say that this was the most beneficial intern yet.
Cons
You will have to crawl before you walk at this company, so if you are very passionate about being involved in every task from day one you will quickly bore yourself. They deal with very important clients so you will not start off independently dealing with certain areas of their operations. To me this made sense because every thing they do helps to maintain the integrity of their clients. You will go through extensive training before you are given certain client sensitive responsibilities.
