Pros

Casual environment, good work/life balance

Cons

Management expectations are unrealistically high, poor communication infrastructure between departments, stingy benefits (only 14 PTO days, 2% matching for 401k, and 5% bonuses max). HR is very passive aggressive and thinks they are right about everything. The company doesn't even provide coffee cups for employees and the cafeteria food choices are very minimal and unhealthy. The parking lot needs serious resurfacing. Overall, it's a very stingy company with poor communication between departments and too many old miserable fat women who complain about other employees. In the cafeteria, there is a big TV blasting Fox News all day long.

Pros

One of the better LTL companies I’ve been to. Will work with you for the most part

Cons

The vacation set up is dumb. No sick days you get 3 weeks PTO for sick and personal days and it’s almost impossible to take a day off you didn’t put in in November of the previous year then force you to use pto when you call in. Some management is ok but most is not the greatest
