Pros

Paycheck is the only thing this company has to offer.

Cons

The technology used doesn’t work for the industry. There are too many variables to achieve the unrealistic goals of the company. The trailers the company uses are dangerous and require the loaders to constantly be off their lifts. The shelves are criminally dangerous for drivers and people who share the road with high center of gravity loads meant to maximize profits. The hours are so long, in terrible conditions, that everyone wears down. “It is what it is” echoes through the hopelessness. The only good people are stuck there from the good companies XPO purchased and poisoned with their ignorant innovations. Everything is monitored and it is a labor camp. The morale is pure disdain for the company. The drivers carelessly jam trailers because they spend more time on the dock than driving. Everyone has found work arounds for the XPO way because there is not enough time to do it, so no one cares. They do the last row correctly and hide things behind boards and the unqualified managers are happy with the picture. The turn over is ridiculous and 80% of the people plan to leave when they can. Greed is all XPO stands for and they will be destroyed when it is unionized.

Pros

I have enjoyed my time with XPO and appreciate the opportunities the company has provided for both personal and professional growth. The team environment is supportive, and I've had the chance to build strong relationships with coworkers and customers over the years. One of the things I value most is that hard work and dedication are recognized. Every day brings new challenges, which keeps the job interesting and allows me to continue learning. Leadership encourages employees to find solutions and work together to provide excellent customer service. Like any large company, there are busy periods and opportunities for improvement, but overall, XPO offers a solid career path, competitive benefits, and the chance to make a real impact. If you're someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment and is willing to put in the effort, XPO can be a rewarding place to build a career.

Cons

The transportation industry is constantly changing, so employees need to be adaptable and able to handle shifting priorities. Workloads can be demanding at times, but the teamwork and customer relationships make it rewarding
