Pros

I did not find any.

Cons

I typically do not provide feedback about companies, but my experience with XPO compelled me to share my thoughts. It has been one of the most disappointing experiences in my 11-year career. When I joined the organization, I was optimistic about my potential contributions and the opportunity to apply my knowledge. Unfortunately, due to a lack of support from my manager and the immaturity of team leaders, I found it necessary to leave within a few months. While I believe that the employees can elevate a company, I have observed a troubling trend where the culture is deteriorating, largely due to the actions of certain individuals. Although the management in the U.S. was competent, there are numerous immature and self-centered individuals who are fostering a negative work environment. Conversations in the industry often reveal a consensus that this company is not conducive to a successful career and is viewed merely as a place to pass the time.

Pros

Great benefits and senior leadership has a goal to provide excellent service, competitive pay, and recognition for hard working team players, looking to put their best foot forward every day.

Cons

Can be stressful at times when working in logistics, but this is common in the industry and often more related to fluctuations in economic factors.

Pros

I have enjoyed my time with XPO and appreciate the opportunities the company has provided for both personal and professional growth. The team environment is supportive, and I've had the chance to build strong relationships with coworkers and customers over the years. One of the things I value most is that hard work and dedication are recognized. Every day brings new challenges, which keeps the job interesting and allows me to continue learning. Leadership encourages employees to find solutions and work together to provide excellent customer service. Like any large company, there are busy periods and opportunities for improvement, but overall, XPO offers a solid career path, competitive benefits, and the chance to make a real impact. If you're someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment and is willing to put in the effort, XPO can be a rewarding place to build a career.

Cons

The transportation industry is constantly changing, so employees need to be adaptable and able to handle shifting priorities. Workloads can be demanding at times, but the teamwork and customer relationships make it rewarding
