      Pros

      High-octane, invigorating work environment. Perfect fit for high achievers who can keep up. Sky is the limit for those who demonstrate abilities and leadership acumen. Team is incredibly capable and hardworking.

      Cons

      Nothing material. Not a good fit for everyone.

      Flexibility to work from home Great innovative technology Wonderful, caring therapists

      Cons

      Upper management not therapists Not run like a therapy clinic, no clue how to properly hire for caseloads/ too many therapists, not enough clients which led to major lay offs shortly after being hired and trained
