      None. Was looking forward to remote work opportunity.

      Cons

      I was hired as a full time telehealth PT, quit my job to start working at XR Health, then was told my job offer was being rescinded due to financial issues at the company and that most of their current staff were being laid off.

      I believe this company has a great business model and will be around for a long time, they have definitely cornered the market on Telehealth!

      Need to work out some kinks , and they are!

      Flexibility to work from home Great innovative technology Wonderful, caring therapists

      Cons

      Upper management not therapists Not run like a therapy clinic, no clue how to properly hire for caseloads/ too many therapists, not enough clients which led to major lay offs shortly after being hired and trained
