Sociable, honest and like a big family - Sales Specialist XTB Employee Review

Been working with XTB for a year now and I can honestly say that its like one big family. All doors are open, there is no politics and everyone is honest with eachother, which is refreshing as every place I've worked so far contains a huge amount of office politics. The environment is sociable, friendly and hard working, which is something i really like. Communication between the teams is strong but sometimes from management to staff is a little lacking. But planning is very strong and I always know what the priorities are and given motivation to create my own things or solve problems without intrusion.
