- you work directly with financial markets - you can keep up with the market, read financial news on Bloomberg - you can learn a lot about transactions, markets, trade settlements - very young team - the work is not stressful - night shifts allow you to have most of the days for yourself - quarterly bonuses - very modern and centrally located office (Warsaw)
Cons
- not many incentives to develop your skills and knowledge - the base salary is rather low - you won't be recognised for additional involvement in your tasks - if you don't have additional projects or things to do at the office, you wil get bored quickly
