Pros
The people are friendly and welcoming, and the execs really know the market and technology. I appreciate the ability to strike a healthy work/life balance by being able to work flexible hours anywhere I have an internet connection. Because they've always been a remote company, they're leaps and bounds ahead of others in terms of having communication and collaboration figured out.
Cons
It's a small company, so you'll likely wear a lot of hats - some people see that as a con but I personally think it's great because there's so much opportunity to make an impact.
