Pros
The people here are nothing short of amazing. Tine Haugen did a great job bringing together like-minded professionals and being around others thriving for excellence makes you want to become a better version of yourself constantly. I feel like constantly improving with a sustainable work/life balance, and it's also really comforting to know your team has your back when one timeline might change to be too aggressive. Flexible hours while being fully remote are also two major benefits.
Cons
I appreciate having more and more transparency in the past few years, but sometimes information doesn't trickle down as fast as it should when problems occur. The bigger the challenges, the stormier the sea can get and this can't be completely managed just from the top.
