Staff really is underpaid, lack basic video knowledge and don't know what constitutes a good image, wether that is video, colour or sound. They mean well, but they really don't know the technical and artistic side that is required for a quality project. They also never take responsibility for anything that goes wrong, they just avoid the feedback and pretend they're offended and try to blame the client. Classic reaction from a company that doesn't know their craft. Avoid at all costs!!...
