If you like to ButterPolish Top Management then it is good company.Otherwise if you want to give time to your family then dont join this company.
Cons
Management People is not good Company is client centric and client oriented Company believes in making client happy not an employee Don't have proper plaaning of a project For 3 months Project they will promise client to do in just 1 month And after that they will pressure the developers,designers and Project to complete in 1 month by working 12 hrs a day and coming every saturday sunday Increment amount is very less.
