Read all the one star reviews, they are true. There is no work-life balance, no respect for your personal life/time, no boundaries, no trust. Expect dictatorship, working long hours, being micromanaged (being checked by your ceo every few hours), lack of accountability (ceo is never wrong, only you are), disrespect (have a question to ask? Be ready to be ridiculed and put down in front of all your colleagues), horrible time management (every task is labelled urgent and your calendar will be empty but you will get 5-10 ad hoc calls with no context, whenever the ceo feels like it), lack of support/direction (you will be given tasks but you won’t know what to do or what is required), lack of boundaries (meetings/calls will be whenever convenient for the ceo, your time doesn’t matter. want to have your camera turned off sometimes for internal meetings? ceo will get upset with you). I could go on and on but long story short, join only if you want mental health issues.
