Pros

Some flexibility, but you will get this with any Norwegian company.

Cons

Unfortunately a lot of this company’s positive reviews are intentionally from C-level management, or pushed by management on employees to amp up ratings. Most of C-level management and lead positions have a lot of personal stakes(money invested) in this company, and are only focused on their personal gain. Not people, not fair benefits, and neither truly about employees well being. Don’t be fooled by them telling you otherwise. It’s completely false. ⁃ A lot of turmoil within management and team lead positions which lead to poorly performing teams ⁃ As a result, instead of fixing the actual problems they sack entire teams or offices ⁃ Most management is completely lacking skills to actually lead a team or people. ⁃ No control over resource management: tons of people work ungodly long hours and wear many, many hats. Highly advice to look for other opportunities.

Pros

Industry-leading solution with huge global growth potential. You genuinely feel part of the team. You matter. Management listens and cares. Flat Organization. Direct contact with C-Suite and no micromanagement. Promotes from within, so excellent potential for career advancement. Diverse and inclusive culture.

Cons

Cons are subjective and personally I have nothing to report. Truly an incredible company.

Pros

You will be hired regardless if you are qualified (like Management).

Cons

Worst company I have ever worked for. They hire temporary HR staff (because they can't be bothered to have actual HR) to lowball salaries and cut benefits to save a buck. They run on a skeleton crew of whoever is available to take advantage of. I have seen more IT developers leave than the whole of the current employees combined. Just recently a complete office of multiple people was let go, without notice with a single month's pay. These people have been working for the company for almost a decade. I was in high-level management, so many times the company has dropped the ball in contract negotiations, software development deadlines, and more. If you work here be prepared to wear many, many hats and not be compensated for your time.
