Pros
- Pay was acceptable for the field (during my time) - Many great colleagues who made the work environment bearable
Cons
- The office environment seems to contribute to health issues, with many employees falling ill and eventually leaving. The company never took steps to investigate whether the office’s air quality, cleanliness, or stress levels contributed to this recurring issue. - Instead of addressing the root causes of employees' health concerns, the management and HR chose to punish those who took medical or unpaid leave. - The company also failed to hire enough new staff to fill the positions left vacant, resulting in an excessive workload and heightened stress for the remaining team members. - I feel the company has consistently failed to uphold employee rights under the Employment Act 1955, which should include protecting workers' health and respecting their leave entitlements.
