After 6 1/2 years of working there and learning what everybody was about overtime it’s not a good place when I first started there. It was very very different. Now they do not like the truth they like to steal they like to lie they like to manipulate. I believe in giving credit where credit is due. And if there was any credit due at this time, I would gladly give it because that would be fair. I was terminated because I told people the truth about how this company operated. They still owe me a small fortune in payroll and also for the money they stole off me for the entire time I worked on percentage. And yes, I have receipts to back everything up that I say. The owner Dimitri does not like me because he does not like me telling people how that company operates. And now he’s going to pay his price in a court room. So what I have to say to anybody, looking for a job in the trucking industry and if you’re looking at Xan Systems, I would tell you do your investigating do not believe the BS coming out of the human resources department or dispatch or from the owners. They tell you wanting to get you in the door, do not believe the numbers they give you because they’re not real not anymore. Their insurance is inflated $2430 a month. They have a terrible safety rating. Too many accidents too many tickets. They try to force you to run on personal miles to keep their customers happy no matter if you get tickets or not, they don’t care about their workers . So as a business person, take the information, you learn and apply it accordingly and make your own decision.

The cons of working at Xan Systems. Stealing, lying, manipulation, you pay 100% of everything you have 100% liability Xan Systems will not take responsibility for anything whether you drive one of their trucks or you own your own. They charge you for every pick up they make for you they charge you for every delivery they do for you. Trying to get waiting time is like pulling teeth. Trying to get paid for extra drops and pick ups is again almost impossible. The rates are terrible. And yes I understand. The industry is not the greatest right now but they do not have actual customer freight they would lie to you and tell you they do but they do not! 100% broker freight. They do not have very good lanes they’re losing people left right and center. They have gone through 150 owner operators in less than a year and a half. The generic emails you get are designed that way so they can change the rate anytime they want. And if you read the contract carefully, you will run screaming in the other direction. Their accounting department is very corrupt with the exception of Elena. They will not pay me because I will not sign a document saying that I will not take them to court. It’s called blackmail, and this is how this company operates. And again I have receipts to back up everything I am saying here because I normally do not write reviews or, anything like this. But in this situation with the way, the company is being operated now and the way they are treating the people that have a contract is absolutely disgusting. So again do your due diligence get as much information as you can, do not sign a contract until you have it read by lawyer And do not sign anything on the day you go in to look for a job they try and push you and do things as quickly as possible. And they will take all your money for the first month or so at least two months of insurance all your hold back. You have to pay for the installation of the dash cam the GPS and the E log installation. You pay for the Dashcam you pay for the GPS you pay for the E log and they watch you while you’re in your truck and they listen to you while you’re in the truck which is against the privacy act of Canada. I’ve already been to the lawyer several times. I have two lawsuits going against this company because they owe me a small fortune . Dimitri, the owner try to make me lose my truck and trailer and everything that I’ve worked for. He has failed terribly. I have been in this industry for 35 years and it will take a lot more than a clown like him to bring me down. He doesn’t like me because I know too much about the industry and they cannot manipulate me, and make me do things illegal And he does not want me talking to anybody and telling anybody what that company is like?
