Unprofessional Startup - Experienced & Juniors stay away - Anonymous employee XanPool Employee Review

Dear Graham Patrick Malone, I'm sorry we never got to meet, as I only joined XanPool in Q3 2021. I'm also sorry that your experience with XanPool has been so negative. Unfortunately, we feel different regarding your termination and believe it's important for the public to know as well. 1.) You left the country (intended to leave) where your role was based. 2.) You did so with company property in your possession. 3.) You gave management less than a week worth of notice. I believe any of these actions would suffice an immediate termination for any company. I would like to add that have since leaving XanPool, you have made claims of being the "Group Product Manager" (https://imgur.com/a/ts0V2MX). This is untrue, as your role was that of a "Product Management". We wish you all the best in your future endeavors.
