Extremely bureaucratic, excessive non-value add processes and approvals, HR is stuck in the 80's. Only way to get a promotion is to wait for an open role and apply, very imbalanced workloads across and within teams and organizations, misaligned goals and priorities. Executive payouts are more important than the workforce doing the work to keep the lights on.
