      Pros

      The interview was good. It was with a young woman whom asked a lot of the basic information regarding being a project coordinator. The position was hybrid and I am currently wanting to remain Remote.

      Cons

      The position they were hiring for which i interviewed for was for a Project Coordinator and I am a Senior Project Coordinator and we could not get close on numbers. Also, I work 100% remotely and this position was going to have me onsite 3 days out of the week. I respectfully declined and she was very gracious.

      Pros

      The company culture is great with really good people you work with that want to do the right thing. Work life balance is great with above average PTO

      Cons

      Pay advancement isn’t great. It’s more of a get in get experience and leave or be in it for the long haul company if you’re already satisfied with pay.
