      Good benefits, most of the people are great to work with mainly cuz they know how it is and feel your pain.

      Cons

      Long hours , very little appreciation, watch you back, contract employees outnumber perm. Top heavy on management.

      Work-life balance, okay benefits, and cemented impact on the community

      Cons

      Because the company has a bottom line, promotional paths aren't really a thing beyond individual contributor to manager. I don't know what the next level up would be besides that.
