Cons

Newer parental leave plan which is great but could use some improving to match other large companies in the region Catching up technologically but doing it methodically

Work-life balance, okay benefits, and cemented impact on the community

Cons

Because the company has a bottom line, promotional paths aren't really a thing beyond individual contributor to manager. I don't know what the next level up would be besides that.
