      Pros

      Good company with good benefits. I worked for this company for 10 years, returned after 10 years.

      Cons

      They outsourced IT when I was there. Now returning, they somehow think they can save money by overloading employees who are afraid to leave at this stage. Guess what. Leave. There are better IT jobs EVERYwhere that don't have politics and unrealistic expectations. People look like ghost who sold their souls.

      Work-life balance, okay benefits, and cemented impact on the community

      Cons

      Because the company has a bottom line, promotional paths aren't really a thing beyond individual contributor to manager. I don't know what the next level up would be besides that.
