- Supportive team to work with. - All employees are based at the client site. Exposure to the GMP at the established manufacturing companies. Clientele only in food and beverage industry.
Cons
- Lack of communication between middle and top management. - No clarity in decision making process. Most of the things are kept confidential and not shared with employees until the very last moment. - Very high turnover of employees. - Lack of exposure to diverse industries. - Lack of exposure to diverse projects. All the projects undertaken are in the asset management / reliability domain. - Limited growth opportunity.
