Pros
Smart and friendly coworkers. Good expense reimbursement, average health benefits.
Cons
Total bait & switch. Recruiters promise you the moon and the stars- if you work at the corporate office, you believe the company is stable because of all of the elaborate parties they have (at least 2–3 per week) bridal and baby showers with cupcakes from Georgetown and alcoholic beverages during working hours. Catered all hands meetings where they talk about how well they're doing and boost about all their awards. Strive that their employees are there number one concern and if there's ever an issue with the contract will know before hand and help their employees find a new position versus laying them off. However, this is the case, unless you're grandfathered in to the cool "clique" or employed to the company bc of nepotism.
