Once purchased by CSC, and then DXC, they gave unlimited vacation time and good health benefits so was good to hang out

Lack of real value at the company. Largest two-three clients carried most of the business while a lot of the smaller clients were a waste of time compared to the revenue they brought in. MM4 duped CSC into purchasing them. The SaaS was not a great product. Looked good and as if it had bells' and whistles but there were inherent problems that did not make it worthwhile. CEO and some of the execs has inflated salaries, but given the company lasted as long as it did hanging onto a few large clients they should be commended.
